Chocolates "Chieresi"

The "Queen's Vineyard" project immediately involved many excellent craftsmen and some collaborations that have now become consolidated.
A beautiful (and delicious) example is the "Chieresi with Vigna della Regina", made for us by our friends Mariella and Fabrizio from the Pasticceria “Dolci e Dolci” of Chieri.

Inside you will find a Piedmontese proverb!

INGREDIENTS
Outer shell: chocolate cover (60% minimum cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin)
Filling: couverture chocolate, marron glacè, Freisa di Chieri DOC "Vigna Villa della Regina", olive oil peanut, honey.
Gluten free - may contain traces of nuts and milk
