Description
Vinified for the first time on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Cantine Balbiano, “Chiulìn” is the revised and updated re-edition of the first sparkling wine produced by Melchiorre Balbiano: this wine, which bears its diminutive, was dedicated to the founder of the winery in Piedmontese dialect.

With a beautiful “chiaretto” rosé colour, our Chiulìn is a sparkling wine with ethereal and floral notes, characterized by fine and elegant bubbles. Serve cool, but not too cold, in order to enhance and preserve its aromas.

The rosé bubble immediately recalls the most classic of aperitifs even if it is also able to handle fresh cured meats and cheeses. Excellent pairing with salads, fish and shellfish dishes and also with sushi.
