Description
Obtained from the vinification of a selection of grapes from our oldest vineyards, our "Barbarossa", through its refinement, expresses the structure, finesse and fullness that Freisa is capable of manifesting in the long term. A wine capable of evolving and enhancing its facets for many years.

The fruity scents, although present, leave room for leather and leather. On the palate it presents a drier flavor and well-defined but not overpowering tannins.
Vinification
Brief maturation in wood followed by cement and subsequent refinement in bottle.
Pairings
Excellent with mature cheeses, stuffed pasta, full-bodied meat sauces and meat second courses such as braised and roasted meats.
