Description
Our Monferrato DOP Novello “Primiera” is the result of a specific winemaking method called “carbonic maceration” and it is precisely thanks to this characteristic that it can be put on sale a few months after the harvest. Typical of the autumn/winter period, Novello is a ready-to-drink wine designed for daily consumption and characterized by great ease of pairing.

Its moderate tannic content makes our Novello a wine ready to drink without the need for pairing. It has an intense red color with purple hues and a pleasant and delicate fruity and vinous aroma.

The perfect pairing is with the dishes of the autumn season at the end of October-November, such as chestnut-based dishes, sausages, not too mature cheeses and the very traditional Piedmontese Bagna Cauda.
